Job summary

JA Resorts & Hotels in Dubai seeks a Cluster Sales Manager - Leisure to grow leisure revenue, room nights, and market share across JA Ocean View Hotel and JA Hatta Fort Hotel. You will manage international leisure accounts, develop new opportunities, and strengthen partnerships to deliver sustainable growth for both properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hotel leisure sales experience.
• Proven track record with international source markets.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Fluent business English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and CRM experience.
• Able to manage two-hotel portfolio and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual leisure sales plans for assigned source markets.
• Drive revenue growth through tour operators, wholesalers, and agents.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across markets.
• Negotiate contracts, allocations, and promotional offers.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management on pricing and inventory.
• Cross-sell opportunities across the cluster.
• Represent JA at trade fairs, roadshows, and events.
• Monitor performance and report CRM/account activity.
