Job summary

JA Resorts & Hotels seeks a Cluster Sales Executive to provide comprehensive sales support across JA Ocean View Hotel and JA Hatta Fort Hotel. You will manage enquiries, proposals, contracts, and client communications while collaborating with the Cluster Director of Sales and Sales Managers to drive responsiveness and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales coordination or related support role.
• Strong administrative and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken business English.
• Willingness to learn CRM systems and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated sales support across both hotels and all market segments.
• Maintain sales calendars, appointments, proposals, contracts, client meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Receive and process enquiries, ensuring accurate recording and assignment to the sales team.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, rate letters, contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate sales reports and pipeline updates.
• Coordinate site inspections, client meetings, and sales events.
