JA Resorts & Hotels in Dubai seeks a proactive Cluster Sales Executive to support two hotels with enquiries, proposals, and client communications. You will work closely with the Cluster Director of Sales and Sales Managers to drive responsiveness and maintain accurate records across Leisure, Corporate, and MICE segments.

This role offers exposure to multi-market sales activities, site inspections, and client events, with opportunity to contribute to business growth and excellent guest

Formación

• Experience in hotel sales coordination, reservations, events, guest services, or a similar support role.
• Strong administrative, organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken business English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare professional correspondence, proposals, and presentations.
• Willingness to learn CRM platforms, hotel sales systems and commercial reporting tools.
• An interest in Leisure, Corporate, Groups, and MICE sales.
• Ability to support activities across both hotel locations when required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coordinated sales support across both hotels and all market segments.
• Maintain and monitor sales calendars appointments proposals contracts client meetings and follow-up activities.
• Receive and process enquiries ensuring they are accurately recorded and assigned to the appropriate sales team member.
• Acknowledge requests promptly and help ensure agreed response-time standards are met.
• Prepare proposals presentations rate letters contracts and supporting sales documentation using approved templates.
• Follow up on outstanding proposals contracts documents and client requests.
• Maintain accurate CRM records contact databases account ownership details opportunities sales activities and next actions.
• Compile sales reports account production summaries pipeline updates and market information for internal review.
• Coordinate site inspections familiarisation trips client meetings trade visits and sales events.
• Assist with prospect research database development and agreed outbound sales activities.
• Support an allocated portfolio of smaller accounts and enquiries under guidance from the sales team.
• Coordinate handovers of confirmed business to Reservations Events Finance and Operations teams.
• Maintain sales materials hotel fact sheets approved offers and promotional information.
• Help ensure a seamless guest and client experience through efficient communication and coordination.
• Protect confidential information and uphold professional standards at all times.
