Qualifications

• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in guest relations or front desk roles would be ideal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
• Assist guests with luggage and transport to their rooms.
• Provide information about resort facilities and local attractions.
• Coordinate transportation for guest movement within the property.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain room features and amenities.
• Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a neat bell desk and lobby area.
• Assist with valet parking as needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
