Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and welcome upon arrival.
• Assist guests with luggage and transportation within the property.
• Provide information about resort facilities and local attractions.
• Coordinate transportation services and transfers for guests.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain features and amenities.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Keep bell desk and lobby area neat and organized.
• Support valet parking services as needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold hospitality standards and professional conduct at all times.
