Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role across enterprise environments.
• Strong architectural mindset to design complex network/security architectures.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts to business outcomes.
• Commercial mindset with quota-carrying or revenue-aligned experience.
• Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, Bash, Lua, or Go for custom integrations.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: lead technical deep-dive discovery and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
• Customer Adoption & Value Realization: oversee onboarding and serve as the primary engineering contact.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: drive new business and account growth.
• Trusted Advisory: act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: leverage AI agents to automate routine tasks.
• Education & Enablement: design technical resources and educate teams on best practices.
