Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a Systems Engineer to support Enterprise sales across the UAE region. You will lead technical aspects of deals, engage in RFIs/RFPs, and partner with sales to deliver Fortinet solutions.

You will listen, design, and present security architectures while staying current on Fortinet products and competition. You will act as the primary technical liaison, build customer trust, and drive successful outcomes through strong collaboration with regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with Enterprise customers, from RFIs to RFPs & RFQs, with project management and POCs.
• Listen to customer requirements and design a solution that outperforms competitors.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and partners with sales.
• Continuously improve knowledge of Fortinet products and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Systems Engineers to show value of FortiSASE.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers with Field Sales and Engineering.
• Deliver outstanding service and resolve issues for Fortinet customers.
• Position Fortinet solutions remotely or in person with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Manage multiple deals, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintain CRM data.
• Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information in Salesforce.
