Job summary

Fortinet in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Systems Engineer to support the sales team in all technical matters from pre- to post-sales. You will lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, act as the primary technical contact, and collaborate with regional teams to deliver Fortinet value to customers and partners.

You will maintain deep Fortinet product knowledge, handle POCs, and respond to RFIs/RFPs while ensuring an excellent customer experience and strong technical storytelling across SASE,

Qualifications

• Experience in network security and pre-sales engineering.
• CISSP is beneficial; strong knowledge of SASE, VPN, Firewall, Anti-Virus, and Intrusion Prevention.
• Ability to communicate technically to diverse stakeholders with solid presentation skills.
• Candidates should show a track record of building and defending customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle from RFIs to RFPs with enterprise customers.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers and partners, in collaboration with sales.
• Deliver outstanding service and resolve technical issues for Fortinet customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and manage time across multiple deals.
