Job summary

Fortinet in Dubai is seeking a Systems Engineer - SASE to support the sales team across pre-sales, sales calls and post-sales. You will lead technical aspects with Enterprise customers, coordinate with partners, and act as primary technical contact.

You will deepen knowledge of Fortinet products, participate in POCs, and help position Fortinet solutions remotely or on-site. Travel within territory required; strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in network security and pre-sales engineering.

• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills to evaluate complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with Enterprise customers, from RFIs to RFPs & RFQs and manage POCs.
• Be primary technical contact for customers and partners in collaboration with the sales team.
• Continuously expand knowledge of Fortinet products and competitive landscape to position Fortinet solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Regional SEs to demonstrate value of FortiSASE.
• Deliver outstanding service and problem resolution to Fortinet customers and maintain CRM data in Salesforce.
