Qualifications

• Significant experience (typically 10–15 years) in Corporate FX Sales or a closely related Markets discipline.
• Proven track record of senior client coverage and revenue delivery at scale.
• Experience leading commercial teams across multiple markets or geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-year revenue target for the assigned country and client portfolio with accountable growth in revenue.
• Drive revenue across products including flow FX, FXO, hedging, and multi-product advisory.
• Lead senior relationships with strategically significant clients ensuring Citi is a strategic partner, not a transaction provider.
• Originate and execute complex FX and multi-product transactions in collaboration with Trading, Services, and Banking.
• Maintain governance and risk discipline while growing wallet share across markets.
