Job summary

Penspen in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our project team. You will manage the document control process, ensure accuracy and timely distribution of drawings, specifications, manuals, and submittals, and maintain compliant filing systems across project stages.

The role requires a strong command of MS Word and Excel, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams. Prior PMC experience and familiarity with industry standards are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in administration or related field.
• Diploma or certificate in project administration is acceptable.
• Experience in document control and project documentation is essential.
