Job summary

Lean Technologies is looking for a Principal Product Manager to own LeanX, our cross-border payments and stablecoin infrastructure. You will shape the product from day one, define strategy, and partner with engineering in Sarajevo and commercial teams in Dubai.

Expect regular travel to both hubs and a leadership role in a fast-growing fintech scale-up. You will own the roadmap for cross-border payments and stablecoin infrastructure, turning strategy into actionable specs, driving integration,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with senior ownership of B2B or infrastructure products.
• Experience in cross-border payments, remittance, payouts, treasury, or stablecoin infrastructure.
• Strong technical fluency: APIs, system design, and engineering trade-offs.
• Proven track record taking products from early stage to scale in startups or new business lines.
• Comfort working in regulated environments and treating licensing as product input.
• Clear, concise written communication; you write the specs and strategy documents yourself.
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams across time zones.
• High agency and good judgment under ambiguity.
• Experience in GCC, South Asia or other emerging-market payment corridors is a plus.
• Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for LeanX across all its product lines and roadmaps.
• Turn strategy into clear specs and priorities that engineering can execute against.
• Decide when priorities shift, with view of capacity and trade-offs.
• Shape LeanX's long-term strategy and communicate it company-wide.
• Build a cross-border platform that competes with leading payout networks.
• Scale volume, clients and corridors; make new corridors repeatable processes.
• Automate treasury operations (pre-funding, liquidity, FX, reconciliation).
• Define technical infrastructure needs and guide engineering to build it.
• Make client integration easy via APIs, documentation, sandbox and onboarding.
• Treat regulation and licensing as part of product; defend the platform.
