Hyper Lychee Labs in Dubai seeks a Product Manager to own a build-to-scale stablecoin-enabled cross-border payments proposition for business customers. You will lead requirements, roadmap, and commercial adoption across client, partner, and ecosystem teams.
The role requires 10+ years in product management with 5+ years in cross-border/payments, regulatory fintech experience, and UAE work eligibility. Onsite in Dubai for 12 months (extendable) with market-scale ambitions.
Onsite | Dubai, UAE | 12 Months (Extendable)
Please apply only if you are eligible to work in the UAE and available onsite in Dubai for a minimum of 12 months.
We are hiring a Product Manager to work on a project for one of our clients, a leading regional payments provider. This is a build-to-scale product role on one of the more interesting mandates in the region right now: bringing a new stablecoin-enabled cross-border payments proposition to market for business customers, with the goal of making international payments and collections faster, cheaper, and simpler for small and medium-sized businesses.
You will own the product end to end, from requirements through launch and into commercial adoption, coordinating the client, a technology platform partner, and the wider payments ecosystem to ship a live, scaling product. This is genuinely one of the region’s first real-world uses of regulated stablecoin rails, so it suits someone who wants to be at the front of that rather than maintaining something already built.
We are looking for someone with 10+ years in product management, including at least 5 years on cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts, payouts, or embedded finance, and at least one 0-to-1 launch they took through to commercial adoption.
Owning the product is the core. You will define and prioritise the requirements, use cases, customer journeys, and roadmap, translating real customer needs into prioritised, testable requirements for stablecoin-enabled cross-border payments, collections, and payouts.
Coordinating the launch runs alongside it. You will keep a single integrated plan across business, technology, and partner teams, managing milestones, dependencies, and decision points, and surfacing and resolving risks before they move launch dates. You will provide product-led oversight of the platform integration, resolving requirements, design, and integration questions without doing the development work yourself.
Getting to go-live is a major part of the mandate. You will lead the business and product inputs into testing, UAT, operational readiness, and post-launch stabilisation, including the compliance checkpoints that come with this territory: KYC and KYB, AML, and Travel Rule.
Commercialisation carries real weight here, not as an afterthought. You will shape pricing inputs, build go-to-market materials, enable sales and onboarding teams, support merchant acquisition, and track activation and usage once the product is live.
Throughout, you will measure and iterate. You will set up product KPIs and feedback loops, use the data to refine features, pricing, and customer experience, and keep senior stakeholders clear on where things stand through concise updates, decision papers, and risk escalations.

Preferred:
You should be a product manager who is comfortable owning something from a blank page through to paying customers, and steady enough to do it across a client, a platform partner, and a wider ecosystem without losing the plot or the plan. You should be able to make decisions with incomplete information and move quickly, without cutting corners on quality or compliance, which matters more than usual in a regulated, virtual-asset context. And you should be able to carry a senior audience with you, turning technical complexity into clear business decisions.
