Job summary

Hyper Lychee Labs in the UAE seeks a Lead Project Manager – Cards & Payments to run the cards change portfolio within a lean, digital-first team. You will own governance, planning and cross‑team coordination across a bank, payments network and vendors to drive faster time-to-market for new card launches.

You will manage end‑to‑end card projects, drive regulatory mandates, and optimize the customer journey from application to activation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management with end-to-end delivery focus in banking or payments.
• Experience on card issuing launches or portfolio optimisation in financial services.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cards change portfolio with governance, plan ownership and cross‑team coordination.
• Coordinate IT, processor, wallet and vendor testing through certification and sign-off.
• Drive acquisition and portfolio performance, improve application funnel and activation.
• Set up PMO and masterplan with the client; manage RAID and portfolio reporting.
• Own delivery from setup to customers transacting and ensure on-time compliance.
