Lean Technologies in Dubai is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own LeanX, our cross-border payments and stablecoin infrastructure. You’ll shape strategy from day one, set product direction, and work with engineering to build and scale a defensible platform.

You will collaborate with our engineering team in Sarajevo and commercial team in Dubai, with regular travel. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in product management for B2B/infrastructure, including regulated environments and cross-border

Formación

• 8+ years in product management with ownership of B2B or infrastructure products.
• Experience in cross-border payments, remittance, payouts, treasury or stablecoin infra.
• Strong API and system design fluency; can discuss trade-offs with engineers.
• Track record of taking products from early stage to scale in startups or new lines.
• Comfort in regulated environments; treat compliance/licensing as product input.
• Clear and concise written specs and strategy documents.

Responsabilidades

• Own LeanX product strategy across all lines and translate it into clear roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering to define architecture and integration paths.
• Lead cross-border payments platform design and scaling, including corridors.
• Define stablecoin infrastructure roadmap and related opportunities.
• Coordinate with commercial and engineering across time zones; enable go‑live.
• Ensure regulatory/licensing considerations are incorporated into product decisions.
