Job summary

AimGulf in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Data & Analytics Manager to build and scale a group-wide marketing measurement function across multiple businesses. You will design KPI frameworks, dashboards, and governance while leading attribution and experimentation efforts.

You will work on cross-brand campaigns, develop automated reporting, and enable executive decision-making with data-driven insights in a fast-growing UAE holding group.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in marketing analytics, digital analytics or BI.
• A track record of building KPI frameworks, dashboards and executive reporting.
• GCC and multi-sector or multi-brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the measurement framework: KPIs, baselines and targets.
• Create executive dashboards and reporting used by leadership.
• Analyse campaigns, channels and media to optimize spend and impact.
• Lead attribution, A/B testing and experimentation.
• Set data, tracking and governance standards across the group and its portfolio companies.
• Automate reporting and use AI to accelerate insights.
