Job summary

Client of Salt in the UAE is building a world-class marketing analytics function across diverse sectors. You will shape the measurement framework, create executive dashboards and drive data-led decisions across the group portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years in marketing analytics, with hands-on experience in GA4/GTM, Power BI or Tableau, and strong SQL skills to turn complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in marketing analytics, digital analytics or BI.
• Proven track record building KPI frameworks, dashboards and executive reporting.
• Proficient with GA4/GTM, Power BI or Tableau, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Build measurement framework KPIs, baselines and targets.
• Create executive dashboards and leadership reporting.
• Analyse campaigns, channels and media to optimize spend.
• Lead attribution, A/B testing and experimentation.
• Set data tracking and governance standards across the group.
• Automate reporting and use AI to extract insights.
