Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn Bhd in Dubai is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to drive Indian market growth in the FX & CFDs brokerage space. You will hunt new IBs, partners, and clients while farming and expanding relationships with existing portfolios.

The role requires a minimum of three years of experience in FX/CFD sales or BD, strong English communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, dealing, and operations to deliver revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in FX & CFDs sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with MT4/MT5 platforms and core FX/CFD products is a plus.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new IBs, partners, and retail clients across assigned regions.
• Foster and expand relationships with existing partners and portfolios to drive revenue growth.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets, client goals, and trading volume KPIs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, regions and verticals for growth.
• Maintain CRM pipelines and report progress to management.
• Ensure onboarding compliance with regulatory standards.
