Job summary

Reliable Controls is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand and support its Authorized Dealer network across the Middle East and Africa from Dubai. You will blend technical insight with commercial judgment to drive partnerships and regional growth.

You will manage dealer pipelines, deliver training, and provide pricing guidance while traveling 30–40% to engage with customers, consultants, and partners across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in building automation or controls, within engineering, technical support, or business development.
• Post-secondary education in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of building automation systems and how to translate needs into solutions.
• Commercial acumen with strong relationship-building to support partners.
• Experience with dealer, distributor, or channel-based networks.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% across the region.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Reliable Controls Authorized Dealers in the Middle East and Africa.
• Provide first-line technical and commercial support to dealers, identifying suitable solutions.
• Assist dealers with pricing, proposals, bids, and project opportunities.
• Develop dealer capabilities through training and coaching of sales and business processes.
• Gather regional market insights and identify emerging needs and trends.
