Bestseller Group in Dubai, UAE is seeking a commercially driven New Business Developer to support wholesale expansion across African markets. You will identify growth opportunities, establish new partnerships and drive market entry while collaborating with internal teams to turn opportunities into sustainable growth.

You will travel extensively (50%+), negotiate with distributors and retailers, and lead onboarding from agreement to market launch in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with established network of wholesale/distributor partners in Africa.
• Proven track record in new business development and market expansion in fashion/retail/wholesale.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; Afrikaans or other SA languages a plus; French/Portuguese beneficial for Africa.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across priority African markets.
• Build a pipeline of distributors, retailers and strategic partners.
