Job summary

Our client, a leading bakery ingredients and products company, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to expand sales and develop new business opportunities across the UAE, including the HORECA and food manufacturing sectors. Location: Dubai, UAE.

You will identify and acquire new customers, conduct regular visits and negotiations, prepare quotations, manage customer relationships, monitor market trends, coordinate with internal teams for orders and timely deliveries, and

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales and company KPIs and business objectives
• Identify and acquire new customers while growing existing accounts
• Conduct regular customer visits product presentations and sales negotiations
• Prepare quotations follow up on inquiries and close sales opportunities
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer requirements
• Ensure Open and accurate daily reporting to Line manager on daily activities and market intelligence
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries
• Follow up on collections and maintain healthy customer accounts
• Update sales activities and customer information in the company CRM ERP system
