Client in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Tele Sales Representative to support sales growth by engaging with customers, generating leads, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships through professional telephone communication. Location: Dubai, UAE. Department: Sales.

Reports To: Business Development Manager. Full-time position based in Dubai with standard office hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–17:30). Opportunities for growth into full-time sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products and promotions.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team and from social media.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the concerned departments.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Prepare reports and submit performance updates to Line Manager.
• Support customer retention initiatives through regular follow-up calls.
