Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a result-driven Sales professional to drive revenue in the GCC region. You will identify new customers and expand existing accounts while presenting bakery ingredients solutions, negotiating terms, and closing opportunities.

You will maintain excellent client relations, track market trends, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate CRM updates. Fluency in English is required; UAE driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in food ingredients, bakery, or HORECA.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis).
• UAE market experience in similar field preferred; Valid UAE Driving License mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; English fluency; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales and company KPIs and business objectives.
• Identify and acquire new customers while growing existing accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations and sales negotiations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries to close sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Ensure open and accurate daily reporting to Line manager on activities and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
• Follow up on collections and maintain healthy customer accounts.
