Our client is a leading bakery ingredients supplier operating in the UAE. They seek a highly motivated Business Development Executive to expand sales, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships across bakery, foodservice, HORECA, and food manufacturing sectors in the UAE.

The role reports to the Business Development Manager and requires 3-5 years of sales experience in related industries, a valid UAE driving license, and strong English communication skills.

Formación

• Masters or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in food ingredients, bakery, or HORECA.
• UAE market experience preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve Sales KPIs and business objectives.
• Identify and acquire new customers while growing existing accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and sales negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure open and accurate daily reporting to Line manager on activities and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
• Follow up on collections and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Update sales activities and customer information in the CRM/ERP system.
