Client of S&K HR Consulting is seeking a Regional Retail Manager in Dubai, UAE, to lead the bakery ingredients retail business across hypermarkets, supermarkets and modern trade. You will drive sales growth, manage key regional retail accounts, and implement commercial strategies with cross-functional teams.
The role requires 7+ years of food industry sales, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and willingness to travel regionally.
Qualifications
- Masters's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of regional retail/sales experience in food/ingredients.
- Proven track record with hypermarkets and modern trade accounts.
Responsabilités
- Develop and execute regional retail sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage relationships with regional key retail chains and modern trade partners.
- Negotiate annual agreements, promotions, pricing, and listings.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competition.
- Lead and support sales teams to deliver objectives.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
- Coordinate activity with CEO and head office.
