Urban Ridge Supplies in Dubai is looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to grow our distribution and trading footprint. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and closing deals to meet targets.

You will represent a customer-focused approach with strong negotiation and communication skills, delivering tailored supply solutions and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Field Sales Executive in B2B trading or distribution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• English fluency; Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via networking, cold calling, and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present and sell product range, highlighting features and benefits.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise revenue.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitors.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
