Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Executive to acquire new clients and expand into new markets across the UAE. You will develop partnerships, manage the full sales cycle, and drive growth in both B2C and B2B segments.

The role requires self-motivation, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and fluency in English. An owned car and UAE driving license are preferred assets for field activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in business development, sales or B2B/B2C client acquisition.
• Ability to independently prospect, win, and acquire new clients.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with client focus.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients across B2C and B2B segments (individuals, SMEs, e-commerce, retail, logistics).
• Research and develop new industry verticals, partnerships, and sales channels.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Follow up and convert warm inbound leads into opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Coordinate with the Client Manager on task assignment and handovers.
• Maintain a live sales pipeline with accurate CRM updates and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to increase market penetration across the UAE.
