Urban Ridge Supplies, a Dubai-based trading and distribution company, is seeking a proactive Marketing & Sales Executive to drive growth in the UAE market. This full-time role focuses on developing marketing strategies, expanding the client base, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in marketing, sales, or business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM and MS Office. English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality service delivery for clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences to promote our products and services.
