Job summary

MINDCURVES AI DEVELOPING SERVICES L.L.C. in Dubai seeks a results-driven Corporate B2B Travel Sales Executive to grow our corporate client portfolio and partner travel agencies.

You will sell airline tickets, hotel reservations and business travel services through two main channels and convert opportunities into revenue-generating accounts. Responsibilities include acquiring corporate clients, developing B2B partnerships, managing the full sales cycle and attaining targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in corporate travel sales, B2B travel sales, or business development within the travel industry.
• A demonstrable track record of winning new accounts, meeting sales targets, and developing repeat business.
• A sound understanding of airline ticketing products, hotel reservations, corporate travel requirements, and travel-agency commercial relationships.

Responsibilities

• Acquire corporate clients: identify and approach companies in Dubai, build relationships with HR, administration, procurement and travel decision-makers, and secure corporate travel accounts.
• Develop B2B partnerships: establish and expand relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and travel resellers to generate regular bookings and long-term business.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: conduct outbound prospecting, arrange client meetings, understand travel requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate agreements within pricing and credit policies.
• Activate and grow accounts: support onboarding, secure initial bookings, maintain regular contact and increase repeat business via flight, hotel and travel-service offerings.
• Coordinate service delivery and payments: work with reservations and operations to meet client requirements and coordinate with finance on payment terms and collections.
• Deliver measurable results: maintain a sales pipeline in CRM, provide forecasts and reports, and achieve targets for new accounts, revenue and gross profit.
