AlFuttaim is hiring a Branch Sales Support Executive in Dubai to assist Toyota Dubai Festival City with documentation, delivery coordination, and stock accuracy. The role requires attention to detail, strong document verification, and coordination across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service, or sales support is advantageous.
• Proficient in English and Arabic with strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail when checking documents, records, invoices and customer information.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with vehicle paperwork, invoicing, delivery coordination and administrative follow‑up.
• Verify customer and finance documents for accuracy before processing.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries with sales consultants, customers, registration teams, logistics and internal support functions.
• Assist with vehicle registration, ownership transfer documents, inspection requirements and dealership administration.
• Maintain accurate vehicle stock records and support inventory management at the branch.
• Track demo and showroom vehicles and ensure readiness for customer viewing.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation, display movement, and handover readiness.
• Ensure all documentation and delivery steps follow timelines and procedures.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve pending items and document gaps and delays.
• Support the customer journey with a smooth, professional sales experience.
