Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Sales Executive in Dubai to drive sales targets and maximise profitability through F&I products, trade-ins, and accessories. You will guide customers through a structured sales journey, ensuring documentation in Fastrack and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication skills in English, with Arabic knowledge preferred, and a minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; Arabic is preferable.
• Proven upselling skills and ability to influence customer decisions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly unit sales targets by guiding customers through a structured sales journey and documenting deals in Fastrack.
• Maximize gross margins on unit sales to maintain branch profitability.
• Achieve monthly Finance and Insurance (F&I) product sales targets.
• Promote referrals to Showroom Managers for second-facing opportunities to increase revenue and improve NPS/CSV scores.
• Manage and convert leads from telephonic, web, and walk-in enquiries with a target conversion rate.
