Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment in Dubai, UAE is hiring an Associate Entertainment Manager to oversee daily venue operations across entertainment and F&B outlets. This hands-on leadership role focuses on guest experience, team performance, safety, inventory control, and financial results, working closely with the Entertainment Manager.

You will lead frontline teams, conduct inspections, and support peak periods and events to ensure brand and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a high-volume entertainment, hospitality, or leisure environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or in an equivalent leadership position managing medium to large teams.
• Strong understanding of entertainment venue operations, food and beverage service, and customer experience management.
• Experience driving operational KPIs, sales performance, and service excellence.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team engagement, and performance management capabilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and cash-handling procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations in entertainment and F&B outlets.
• Conduct regular venue inspections covering cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards.
• Monitor facilities and equipment, report faults, and coordinate corrective action with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure brand standards, service procedures, and customer experience initiatives are consistently implemented.
• Address customer concerns and complaints professionally and coordinate appropriate service recovery.
• Review customer feedback and NPS performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop practical actions to strengthen guest satisfaction and overall venue performance.
• Provide visible operational support on the floor during peak periods and special events.
