Job summary

• 6-8 years of professional experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience within food & beverage, customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work with employees and stakeholders at different levels.
• Good negotiation and influencing capabilities.
• Ability to guide operational teams and resolve day-to-day business challenges.
• Understanding of customer service standards and operational performance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and administrative activities across assigned entertainment sites.
• Ensure venue activities comply with SOPs, Majid Al Futtaim policies, and guidelines.
• Monitor site performance against budgets and report variances.
• Maintain a customer-focused environment by collecting guest feedback and monitoring NPS.
• Manage customer complaints and escalate resolutions as needed.
• Collaborate with HSE teams to inspect service delivery standards.
• Monitor operational expenditure and maintain cost management practices.
• Work toward EBITDA and Net Profit targets for assigned operations.
• Provide direction to operational team members to maintain performance.
• Address concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and customer service expectations.
• Coordinate improvements that support satisfaction, cost efficiency, and performance.
