Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim seeks an Entertainment Manager - Venue Operations to lead daily site operations across our entertainment venues, ensuring service delivery consistently meets brand standards and SOPs. You will oversee multi-site teams, monitor guest experience and feedback, manage budgets and costs, and collaborate with HSE and internal stakeholders to drive EBITDA and customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have 6–8 years in fast-paced operations and a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role

Qualifications

6–8 years in a fast-paced operational environment.
Minimum 2 years of management experience within food and beverage, customer service, retail, or hospitality.
Strong English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Effective negotiation and influencing capabilities.
Experience managing operational teams and resolving site-level issues.
Ability to maintain customer service standards while monitoring operational and financial performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations across assigned entertainment sites and ensure effective delivery of operational and administrative activities.
Monitor end-user feedback and Net Promoter Score to understand customer experience and service performance.
Take ownership of customer escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and drive appropriate issue resolution.
Work closely with the HSE team to inspect service delivery standards and support continuous improvement.
Maintain disciplined cost management while working toward EBITDA and Net Profit targets.
