Job summary

ThreatLocker Inc. is seeking an Account Manager in Dubai to drive retention and growth among clients. The role requires interfacing with clients and partner agencies, maintaining direct relationships through regular meetings, and coordinating on pricing, invoicing, and contracts.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in account management, be fluent in Arabic, and proficient in Microsoft Office. The position is based in-office in Dubai with travel across GCC as needed.

Qualifications

• Arabic Speaking is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage resources to help clients achieve marketing objectives while handling budget and timeline.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients and partner agencies to ensure projects meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Establish and maintain direct client relationships through regular meetings.
• Create client communications relating to purpose, rationale, needs, and due dates.
• Support pre-sales in deployment of agents/licenses and coordinate with Solution Engineers on reporting.
