Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare shop drawings as-built drawings and detailed joinery drawings based on design specifications and project requirements.
  

• Read and interpret architectural structural MEP and ID drawings to produce coordinated layouts.
  

• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant local codes standards and client requirements.
  

• Modify and update drawings as per site conditions coordination meetings or client feedback.
  

• Collaborate with the design project and site teams to resolve drawing issues and technical discrepancies.
  

• Maintain drawing records and ensure timely submission of drawings for approvals.
  

• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for drawing input where necessary.
  

• Attend site visits for measurement verification and drawing validation as needed.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design Civil Engineering or related field.
  

• Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a similar role specifically within interior fit-out or joinery works.
  

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software (e.g. Revit SketchUp or 3Ds Max is a plus).
  

• Sound knowledge of materials construction techniques and fit-out detailing.
  

• Ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.
  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  

• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
