Job summary

CargoX in Abu Dhabi operates an autonomous delivery fleet and is seeking a senior operations leader to own the frontline team of several hundred people. You will manage sourcing, onboarding, training, rostering, and the QA layer, ensuring safety and quality standards across shifts even when not on site.

The role requires real-time, seated operations experience, strong English, and the ability to relocate to Abu Dhabi. A visa sponsorship-enabled package and a non-rotating day shift are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a frontline, multi-site operations
• Proven ability to scale teams and ramp capacity
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of visas, onboarding and shift rostering processes
• Experience in safety and quality standards in a live operations environment

Responsibilities

• Own the ramp and scaling of the frontline workforce, including sourcing, onboarding throughput and attrition management
• Oversee operator productivity, attendance and shift utilization, driving improvements
• Build and manage the supervision layer and QA metrics for shifts you are not directly observing
• Handle workforce operations at scale: visas, accommodation, transport, rostering compliance and field resource allocation
