Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily vehicle operations, fleet utilization and deployment to support transport satisfaction and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with workshops, car dealers and service teams to ensure quick vehicle delivery and reduce operational delays.
• Record scratches, dents, repair estimates and driver deductions during vehicle changeover for accurate tracking.
• Track damaged vehicles and provide timely status updates to management to help reduce vehicle downtime.
• Handle driver coordination, vehicle changeover, idle driver deployment and local leave management.
• Take real-time action on accident cases, maintenance requirements and urgent vehicle availability issues.
• Support the de-fleeting process for existing vehicles and coordinate deployment of new vehicles.
• Prepare vehicle operations, deployment and utilization reports in line with company policies and procedures.
• Provide accident counselling to drivers after incidents to help reduce repeat occurrences and improve safety awareness.
• Assist the manager in implementing transport policies, procedures and operational control measures.
• Identify opportunities to improve fleet processes, reduce cost, improve productivity and support smoother daily operations.
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, workshops, dealers and internal teams to keep vehicle operations on schedule.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transport Management, Automotive Operations or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in office administration, clerical duties, fleet coordination or vehicle operations.
• Practical understanding of driver handling, vehicle changeover, workshop coordination and vehicle status tracking.
• Able to maintain accurate records for vehicle damage, repairs, driver deductions and utilization reports.
• Good follow-up skills with the ability to coordinate between drivers, workshops, dealers and management.
• Organized and detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple daily operational tasks.
• Good communication skills for handling driver issues, reporting vehicle status and supporting transport operations.
