Job summary

CargoX is seeking an Operations Centre Controller to monitor and coordinate its autonomous delivery fleet across the UAE. You will own fleet visibility, dispatch decisions, exception resolution, and field coordination across active zones in a hands-on, shift-based role.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in live operations or real-time environments, are calm under pressure, and excel at incident tracking and cross-team communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in live operations or real-time support.
• Willingness to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to stay calm and make practical, real-time decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong incident tracking and reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams and with field staff.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CargoX's autonomous delivery fleet and live activity across active zones.
• Provide 24/7 operational coverage as part of a shift-based team.
• Coordinate dispatch to maintain delivery continuity.
• Track delivery status, vehicle movement, route progress, and incidents.
• Assess and resolve operational exceptions and escalate when needed.
• Log incidents with detailed information for rapid action by teams.
• Coordinate runners and field technicians when on-ground support is required.
• Maintain clear communication with field teams, runners, supervisors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare shift handovers, daily updates, and incident logs for clean handovers.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest SOPs and routing/product improvements.
• Ensure all operational activity is recorded per CargoX standards.
