Responsibilities

• Acts as central point of contact for customers and Mastercard representatives.
• Ensures resolution of day-to-day technical/operational issues related to delivery projects.
• Identifies and delivers against customer and Mastercard objectives and commitments.
• Communicates with agility and urgency to deliver quality output to customers and partners.
• Partners with Sales, Marketing, and Products to support new product and technology enhancements.
