Job summary

Mastercard Inc. in Dubai seeks a Director, Core Payments VAS Commercialization & Planning to lead a regional commercial pipeline across Consumer Products, Digital, Gateway and Acceptance, and Network Solutions.

You will work with CSC sales, Finance, Strategy and Pricing to drive high-value opportunities and accelerate market-driven initiatives. You will partner with Product teams and sales to ensure optimal product, pricing, investments and execution.

Qualifications

• Has strong experience in payments, financial services, product commercialization or growth.
• Knows value-added services and their impact on payments economics.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a consolidated commercial pipeline across Core Payments verticals.
• Shape and drive support for must-win Core Payments deals with CSC sales teams.
• Prioritize opportunities to maximize market impact and revenue acceleration.
• Ensure investments and leadership focus on strategic opportunities.
• Support budget planning with Finance and product teams.
• Track progress and surface risks and interventions.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports for executives.
• Share best practices across divisions.
