Mastercard in Dubai seeks a Senior Analyst, Strategy, Global Markets to shape and execute strategic initiatives across Global Markets. You will partner with Business Units and regional teams to identify opportunities, structure problems, and deliver measurable impact through analysis and clear recommendations.

You will lead workstreams, develop execution plans, track KPIs, and present insights to senior leaders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; strong academic track record.
• 2–4 years in top-tier management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and execution of Global Markets’ strategic agenda.
• Translate strategies into execution plans with KPI tracking.
• Lead 1–2 strategic projects per quarter across regions.
• Structure ambiguous problems into actionable hypotheses and plans.
• Create concise, executive-ready materials and analyses.
• Build cross-functional relationships to drive alignment and action.
• Communicate clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders.
