Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and net revenue targets for Mastercard products across UAE.
• Develop sales programs with account teams and prepare executive updates.
• Identify opportunities through market insights to drive adoption across diverse customer base.
• Develop strategic account plans to launch and commercialize products.
• Negotiate and manage customer agreements across global teams.
• Create sales plans covering business development, marketing, product, and engagement.
• Guide product development with internal stakeholders to maximize value.
• Build a customer marketing pipeline to strengthen portfolio performance.
• Manage UAE sales and business development from inception to go-live and beyond.
• Know card economics; negotiate with customers and partners for strategic outcomes.
• Recommend pricing, market entry, and profitability strategies.
• Evaluate opportunities, pricing, and deal negotiations considering competition.
• Coordinate responses to complex RFPs across markets.
• Partner with teams to maximize market penetration through insights.
