Job summary

Visa Consulting & Analytics seeks a strategic leader to drive partnerships and loyalty initiatives across regions. You will develop merchant alliances, shape loyalty offers and manage end-to-end campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.

Collaborating with consulting teams, you will contribute to country-level plans, scale best practices, and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver high-impact client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7–10 years in partnerships, loyalty, digital payments, retail banking or management consulting.
• Proven track record in sourcing and negotiating merchant partnerships and designing loyalty offers.
• Strong understanding of payments, banking and merchant ecosystems.
• Advanced analytical skills to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and senior-level presentation skills.
• Superior project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and secure strategic partnerships with merchants, aggregators and ecosystem players.
• Develop frameworks for partnership agreements unlocking funding and resources for consulting projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners for long-term collaboration.
• Source exclusive merchant offers for Visa's Always On CNP engagements and design campaign calendars.
• Analyze spend patterns to prioritize top merchants and design campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end merchant engagement from contract to activation and tracking.
• Conduct advanced analytics to identify partnership opportunities and optimize loyalty impact.
• Collect and analyze post-campaign data to measure ROI and refine strategies.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to integrate partnership-driven solutions into client projects.
• Support country-level consulting plans aligned with partnership objectives.
• Contribute to thought leadership and scale loyalty initiatives across regions.
• Oversee project economics, risk management and quality assurance for partnership deliverables.
• Ensure seamless execution of payment pass-through processes via aggregators.
• Drive growth by expanding Visa's loyalty proposition and supporting business development.
• Prepare compelling proposals and marketing materials showcasing partnership capabilities.
