Job summary

Visa in Dubai is seeking a strategic marketer to drive growth for Visa and client partner programs through integrated campaigns and partnerships. The role focuses on translating client needs into actionable multi-year plans with measurable KPIs, and collaborating across teams to deploy a comprehensive Visa 360 strategy.

The ideal candidate brings senior marketing experience, strong P&L understanding, and international payments sector knowledge. Hybrid work setup in UAE with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
• Strategic and innovative thinker with commercial acumen capable of strong execution.
• Marketing data familiarity and Influencing skills are critical.
• Significant experience in marketing with a strong brand management campaign planning and execution marketing planning target setting and delivery track record.
• Should understand key P&L drivers and leveraging the relevant aspects to build effective business cases.
• Demonstrated track record in the management of external clients agencies and the development of through the line campaign materials.
• International marketing experience an advantage ideally in payments industry consumer cards sector.
• Strong self-management skills including demonstrable drive and energy
• Sales exposure and proven negotiation skills
• Ability to self-govern projects on time and on budget
• Strong ability to manage client relationships including persuasion and negotiation
• Candidate must be open to travel as relevant within Visa safety and security policies
• Master in Business / Management / Marketing or equivalent degree / diploma
• Consulting / Retail banking/Cards marketing / Payments / B2B experience an advantage
• Experience in Digital Marketing Transformation or Maturity program management an advantage

Responsibilities

• Responsible for growing Visa and client partner business growth through strategic and tactical programs focused on key revenue drivers
• Leverage the strength of the Visa brand and ecosystem of assets sponsorship partnership and capabilities that drive exponential value for clients and the end consumer
• Translate the client account business needs into a comprehensive annual or multi-year plan with KPIs and measured outcomes
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop and deploy a Visa 360 approach to our partners
• Plan develop and execute joint client marketing campaigns that align to Visa and client business priorities & work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are flawlessly executed
• Proactively push the digital marketing maturity agenda and new digital capabilities to improve business results and end consumer experience
