Job summary

Mintlayer is seeking a senior alliances professional to identify and evaluate strategic partnerships across technology, regulatory, distribution, and co-investment areas in Abu Dhabi. You will structure and negotiate JVs, licensing, and co-investment frameworks while building strong relationships with institutional finance and crypto infrastructure partners.

The role requires 5+ years in strategic alliances or corporate development, with a proven ability to navigate both crypto-native and TradFi

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic alliances or corporate development.
• Experience structuring JVs, co-distribution or technology licensing agreements.
• Comfort navigating crypto-native and TradFi institutional contexts.
• Strong ROI-focused analytical approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate alliance opportunities across technology, regulatory, distribution and co-investment categories.
• Structure and negotiate alliance agreements, JVs, co-distribution, technology licensing and co-investment frameworks.
• Build and maintain relationships with alliance partners in institutional finance and crypto infrastructure.
• Develop the analytical framework for evaluating alliance ROI.
• Coordinate with the Head of Legal on alliance terms and IP implications.
• Maintain the strategic alliances pipeline and produce regular reporting for the executive team.
• Represent Mintlayer in alliance engagements at conferences and industry working groups.
