Job summary

GOTION HIGH-TECH is seeking an experienced Market Development Manager to lead strategic sales in the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, and Eastern Europe. You will analyze markets, identify target clients, and design regional plans to drive growth.

You will manage overseas client relationships, negotiate contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and promote products at international exhibitions. Willingness to travel or be based in Dubai or surrounding regions is required.

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for STEM fields.
• 2. At least 5 years of sales or management experience in the new energy industry; experience in energy storage preferred.
• 3. Excellent customer communication, business negotiation, and relationship maintenance skills; able to develop new customers and lead negotiations.
• 4. Strong execution and self-motivation; able to meet goals under pressure and drive progress.
• 5. Excellent cross-departmental communication and ability to coordinate multiple parties.
• 6. Deep understanding of MEA/CA/West Asia energy markets and trends.
• 7. Fluent in English; other languages preferred for daily business communication and writing.
• 8. Willing to travel or be based in Saudi Arabia/Dubai/Turkey/Uzbekistan/Egypt.

Responsibilities

• 1. Market analysis and planning for MEA, Africa, Central Asia, and Eastern Europe; identify target markets and develop sales plans.
• 2. Maintain and deepen relationships with overseas clients; support regional market development plans.
• 3. Lead negotiations and contract signing; manage order fulfillment and payment risks.
• 4. Track project progress and coordinate resources to resolve key issues.
• 5. Organize and participate in international exhibitions to promote products.
• 6. Collaborate with sales, technology, and delivery to meet customer needs and goals.
