Job summary

Raffles Dubai, part of the Accor group, is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead the departmental operations and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service across the property.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years in housekeeping within a luxury hotel, with 5 years in a management role, proven leadership, familiarity with Opera PMS, and strong MS Office skills; will manage budgets and coordinate with maintenance and rooms teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Hotel Management.
• Minimum 7 years housekeeping experience with 5 years in a management role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Opera PMS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare departmental budgets and manage operating costs within budgets.
• Oversee housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Log security incidents and maintain OH&S procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to schedule upkeep.
• Lead staff meetings, rosters, and manage external contractors.
