Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities and room-preparation.
• Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and presented to luxury standards.
• Verify room setups reflect guest requests and recorded details.
• Inspect rooms and drive corrective actions for quality concerns.
• Ensure staff follow hotel procedures and service standards.
• Coordinate room readiness with Front Office and other departments.
