Job summary

Accor Group in Dubai is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor - Guest Rooms to lead daily operations, supervise Room Attendants, and maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas. The role requires a university degree and at least 2 years in a five-star hotel environment.

You will coordinate with engineering and other departments, conduct on-the-job training, and ensure smooth shift handovers while upholding Accor’s service standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily briefings for Room Attendants and set priorities.
• Ensure grooming and presentation standards are maintained.
• Supervise Room Attendants and their daily tasks.
• Provide on-the-job training to reinforce housekeeping procedures and service standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth handovers and operations.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
